World Tree is a production company founded by Damien and Sam Boneham. They have built strong working relationships with some of Australia’s largest media companies and digital agencies including Pedestrian Group, The Daily Telegraph, Mamamia, Present Company, and more. World Tree also produces Pedestrian Daily, a daily entertainment news podcast exclusively for Spotify x Pedestrian.TV hosted by Louis Hanson.
The company scope started out as a post-production house only, since its inception in 2021. Through 2022 World Tree has broadened its services to include all aspects of video production with a focus on documentary and native editorial content.
Apart from producing content for clients they are on a company mission to produce their animated series ‘Unegen, The Burning Tree’, a fantasy anime series.

Sam Boneham
Director
Prior to starting World Tree, Sam worked as a freelance producer, shooter, editor for a range of media clients in Sydney and London with a focus on documentary style branded campaigns. He has worked in the screen industry since 2014 and also has a background in independent theatre production.
Sam works as a Producer, Shooter, Editor for World Tree and is responsible for the administrative management of the company as co-Director. He is also co-creator of ‘Unegen: The Burning Tree’.
Damien Boneham
Director
Damien is a multidisciplinary creative that has made branded content for a range of companies since 2014.
As co-director of World Tree, Damien leads the art direction for animated projects, and also works as a shooter, editor and motion graphics designer. His love of history and fantasy writing inspired him to co-create the animated series “Unegen: The Burning Tree.”
Rory Nix
Videographer + Content Producer
Rory has a long-standing passion for visual storytelling and has worked on branded content as a freelancer and full-time employee before working at World Tree. Rory has a diverse portfolio of work practicing dark room photography, scriptwriting, filmmaking and a touch of animation.
As Videographer and Content Producer, Rory aids the creative production of World Tree’s projects and manages social media content internally.
